Cancellation Policy
Booking Bond:

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the booking bond.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, but penalties will apply.
