Cancellation Policy

Booking Bond: - A $10 booking bond is required for each appointment. This bond will be credited towards your payment at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the $10 booking bond becomes non-refundable. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the $10 booking bond. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, but no additional penalties will apply.
